Location of the hotel: 5 minutes walk from the Vatican Museum and Saint Peter cathedral. We went every morning at Saint Peter cathedral and afterwards to visit the rest of Rome. One day visit to the Vatican Museum is advisable: this museum is similar to the British Museum with a path through the whole civilisation from Egypt to Asirians to Romans, medieval,… really worthy spend a whole day. And there are several restaurants inside at good price. Breakfast: excellent and big breakfast. Croissants with chocolate were XXL. It also included warm sandwiches of cheese and ham, yoghurt, juice and cappuccino. There was a big quantity, We had teenagers and it was difficult for them to eat it all. Room: big and clean rooms with a modern bathroom. Restaurants nearby: It is also Near a very good restaurant to have dinner (just opposite the door of the hotel) and a wonderful ice cream (Gelateria)

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff was very friendly, we could always ask for help. A big plus is the location of the hotel. It is located right next to the Vatican museum complex. There is also a bus stop around the corner, it took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the city center (Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, etc.). It was always clean, the breakfast was excellent (eggs, hot sandwiches, croissants, juice, coffee...). The air conditioner works properly, the air conditioner remote control is in the room. (attached to the wall). There is also a nice large window. Thanks to the staff! If we go to Rome again - we will come back to you again!

The Host was so nice. She was very warm & kind-hearted. I didn't have internet on my phone & didn't know how to get to the hotel, however because of her, I knew which metro to take & get there. The Hotel is safe. She gave us water from a bottle even though tap water is drinkable. The bathroom was a shared one but surprisingly, it was so clean & tidy. The breakfast was the best made by the owner herself. So very kind of her

Location was very close to Vatican. Breakfast was large consisting pastries, sandwiches and coffee-tasty and was able to order to room. Outstanding value. Better in person compared to pictures. Victoria was amazing! She and team tended to our every need. You get more than you pay for. Obviously, you need to be mindful of what you pay and align your expectations accordingly. Incredible value relatively.

Location of the property is fantastic, the host was very helpful. We were travelling with our 1 year old daughter and received all the help required. Rooms were cleaned each day and breakfast was served in the room even as early as 6:30 when requested.
